I get it , nutrition is confusing, especially for women's health. How much protein is recommended? Is fat bad or good? which oils are best to choose when cooking a meal? Is the keto diet a miracle cure? Is low fat in or out? Is coconut oil good or bad? Should everyone be low carb, and how should carbs be chosen? Are sugar alternatives actually healthier?
The fact of the matter is, women have a unique set of hormonal differences from men that makes them require different things from their diet. In this 4 module program, I am looking at the evidence, talking about the health trends, and helping you take a no nonsense approach to macronutrients.
