The H.E.R method was a program developed with you in mind.
Someone once asked me to describe what it was like after I came off of birth control so they could understand what to expect. Although I had irregular periods, acne, fibroids and mood swings, the only way I could describe the experience was that I felt like absolute crap, You see, it wasn’t JUST the physical and mental symptoms, it was the whole experience of losing what it felt like to be “me”, feeling out of balance and out of control. I recently reflected on my postpartum journey(s) and came to the same conclusions. My digestion was a mess, I was bloated practically daily, my hormones were NOT working for me and once again, I had lost my “sparkle”.
I have since made it my mission to work with women to help them get back their energy and reclaim their hormones so they can focus on what lights them up!
The H.E.R method stands for: harmonized hormones, Educated & empowered, rejuvenated & rebalanced. The programs are broken up to deliver the information and strategy you need to finally get long term hormonal health success.

Group Program: Nutrition Foundations for women's health

I get it , nutrition is confusing, especially for women's health. How much protein is recommended? Is fat bad or good? which oils are best to choose when cooking a meal? Is the keto diet a miracle cure? Is low fat in or out? Is coconut oil good or bad? Should everyone be low carb, and how should carbs be chosen? Are sugar alternatives actually healthier?
The fact of the matter is, women have a unique set of hormonal differences from men that makes them require different things from their diet. In this 4-week live program, I am looking at the evidence, talking about the health trends, and helping you take a no nonsense approach to macronutrients.
The point of this program is to give you a solid understanding of nutrition and diet as it pertains directly to women’s health and hormones. This program was built to ensure you are starting with the basics of macronutrients, current recommendations evidence based outcomes directly related to women’s health. Both programs are educational in nature. The group program is a foundational women's health program that can be used to empower you to have higher level conversations with healthcare providers, understand relevant testing for your concerns, and start to take health into your own hands, with or without my support. The self paced four pillar success system is my signature step by step methodology with trackers guides a reflection journal for objective goal setting and progress measurement.

Here's the thing, your doctor is not responsible for your health. Doctors are there to guide you through the process, but health is ultimately your responsibility. My women's health programs teach you what you should have learned back in school. How does the menstrual cycle work? How do hormones change through peri menopause and menopause, why do you have trouble losing weight all of the sudden & feel tired all of the time. Why is your digestion suddenly a mess & your doctor doesn't seem to have answers. Your bloodwork keeps coming back "normal" and you are looking for a different approach.
The women’s health foundations program is run by Dr. Laura ND as a LIVE group program over 8 weeks for about 1-1.5 hours each week with an educational session allowing you to ask questions & leave with a thorough understanding of women’s health. The women’s health 4 pillar success system is an online self-paced program. This program is my signature step by step method that I use with my patients when I bring them from exhausted to energized.

***Individualized testing add on- This option is for anyone just looking to add testing to their program without additional consultation. This can be added to either level 2 program for $300. This includes your initial assessment to create the test recommendations and the testing review appointment to go over results and create a plan. The cost of testing is not included in this cost
***1:1 Initial intake and follow up can be added to either program for $750. This includes your first 3 visits over 10-12 weeks.
