Work With Dr. Laura
Six month program
The Period Passport was developed after working with many women suffering from period concerns to help them master the foundations of hormone health. This program comes with weekly webinars, PDFs, e-books, schedules tools and trackers to hold you accountable. You will also be added to the facebook resource group for additional information.
Individual support in addition to the program will help you navigate your healthcare needs through proper testing, therapeutic supplementation protocols, individualized dietary recommendations and indicated prescriptions. After the initial & second visits, 15-minute follow-up phone calls will be scheduled weekly throughout the program.
Once the 12-week program is over, an additional 30 minute follow up will be scheduled once a month for 3 months to check in on where you are at and tweak your treatment plan as required.
