Thanksgiving tends to be a time when most people indulge in countless desserts and beverages, and however satisfying they may be, I tend to enjoy these foods even more when they are completely GUILT-FREE.
These muffins are the perfect way to kick off pumpkin flavoured everything this fall, and best of all, they are gluten free, flour free and can easily be made dairy free (with the removal of the chocolate chips, but who wants to do that?)!
I hit the jackpot finding this recipe as it is super quick, does not require much work (save that for your turkey) and is bound to wow all of your dinner guests. These can be eaten for breakfast, snacks, and even dessert!
